Vicks VapoRub 4-in-1 Cold Symptom Relief reduces stubborn nasal mucus and congestion, chesty coughs, and sore throats associated with the common cold. Camphor and menthol soothe coughing symptoms, eucalyptus eases catarrh, and menthol lessens nasal congestion. It’s suitable for adults and children aged two years or over, and contains the active ingredients turpentine oil, camphor, eucalyptus oil, and menthol.

HOW TO USE:

1. Rub liberally onto chest, throat and back, Cover whole area for maximum effect. Leave night clothes loose to allow vapours to be inhaled easily.
2. If head cold or nasal catarrh persists, for deep action relief melt two teaspoons of Vicks VapoRub in a bowl of very hot (not boiling) water. Inhale the soothing medicated vapours for 10 – 15 minutes. This product can be used with other medicines.
